Rochelle Goldberg Ruthchild is a Center Associate at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, Harvard University, a coordinator of the Center’s Gender, Socialism and Post Socialism Working Group, on the Editorial Board of Aspasia, The International Yearbook of Central, Eastern, and Southeastern European Women’s and Gender History and the author of Equality and Revolution: Women’s Rights in the Russian Empire, 1905-1917 (Pittsburgh, 2010) and many articles about Russian/Soviet women’s history.  An Executive Producer of the documentary film “Left on Pearl,” she participated in the 1971 Boston International Women’s Day march and occupation of 888 Memorial Drive and the subsequent foundation of the Cambridge Women’s Center.
