Jack graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Russian major and history minor. His undergraduate research focused on Russian foreign policy during the Yeltsin years, U.S.-Russian relations during the Bosnian War, and the development of the post-Cold War European security architecture. He plans to continue his research into IFOR, SFOR, and KFOR in the REECA program.
