Nana Gongadze

Nana Gongadze is a master's student of Eastern European regional studies at Harvard. Her research examines the intersections of Ukrainian digital communication and public diplomacy during the full-scale invasion. Prior to her time at Harvard, she was a digital communications specialist at the German Marshall Fund, a U.S.-based think tank focused on transatlantic issues, and headed advocacy communications for Razom for Ukraine, focusing on the team’s campaign for U.S. assistance to Ukraine. Her editorials have appeared in The Kyiv Independent, Ukrainska Pravda, and OC Media, and she currently is an advisory board member at the HUCUS Foundation. She also has a bachelor's degree from American University in public relations/strategic communication and art history. In 2025, she was named one of the American University School of Communication's "30 Under 30" alumni. Nana proudly describes herself as a Ukrainian-American of Georgian descent.
