The Master of Arts in Regional Studies—Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia (REECA) is a two-year program that offers advanced training in the history, politics, culture, society, and languages of this region.
Tom Dolack graduated with a Ph.D. in comparative literature from the University of Oregon. He has taught at the University of Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Russian at Wheaton College in Norton, MA where he lives with his wife and two children. His research interests include translation studies, theories of imitation, poetry and cognitive approaches to culture. He is currently working on a book on imitation and the evolution of Russian literature.
