Dr. Pëllumb Çollaku is a visiting Fulbright Scholar at the Davis Center, a CERGE-EI research fellow, and a civil society scholar. He holds positions as senior lecturer at Riinvest College and senior research associate at Riinvest Institute. He is an economist with a diverse background spanning teaching, research, public service, consultancy, and civil society. He currently serves as the senior advisor to the governor/chief economist of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo and advised the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo in economic and commercial diplomacy. His research focuses on international economics with a focus on international trade and FDI, finance in developing countries, central banking, the Western Balkans’ regional integration, economic development, and social policy.

Dr. Çollaku holds a PhD in economics and finance from Sapienza University of Rome.
